This build only has the operating system as there are no Small Business components, but it features new branding including red banners.

In addition to Windows Server 2003, this package includes Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft ISA Server, and some other products, as well as simplified management tools. The version of Windows Server 2003 included in this package has some limitations, primarily related to Active Directory (for example, it cannot support more than 75 users).
